Introduction

• The “30% Welcome Bonus” promotion (“Promotion”) will be held by EAGLE GM LTD (“Company”), starting from the 1st of December 2021 and ending on the 31st of March 2022 (“Promotion Period”).
• By participating in this Promotion, the Client agrees to the Terms and Conditions of the current document.
• All traders who make a first deposit of N45,000 ($100) or above are entitled to receive the First Deposit bonus. The bonus amount is percentage-based and linked to the client’s first deposit as specified in the table below.

Tiers

30% — N45K — N6M (Max bonus = N1.8M)

20% — N7M — N10M (Max bonus = N2M)

10% — N11M — N20M (Max bonus = N2M)

5% — N21M — N50M (Max bonus = N2.5M)

3% — N51M — 100M (Max bonus = N3M)

This Promotion is open to all new traders who have made a deposit, over 18, trading on any financial instrument on the Egmarkets’ trading platform.

• The trader may withdraw any trading profits made from trading the bonus at any time.
• If there have been no trades completed after 30 (thirty) days from the day that the trader receives the Bonus, Egmarkets will debit the Bonus amount.
• Bonuses are for trading purposes only; they cannot be withdrawn, they are non-transferable and they are non-refundable.
• Any withdrawal of your deposit prior to trading will result in a proportional debiting of the bonus.

Example:

• If you deposit N100,000.
• You will get a N30,000 bonus.
• If, before your trade, you withdraw N50,000 out of your deposit, all of the bonus will be debited.
• Any withdrawals after trading will result in the bonus being debited in full.

Qualification Criteria

• The Promotion shall be available to all new Clients.
• To participate in the Promotion, the Client must accept the Terms & Conditions set in this document.
• The Minimum Deposit requirement for this Promotion equals N45,000.

Promotion Specifications

• Once all above the criteria are met, the Client shall receive an additional 30% (“Bonus”) of the total amount deposited during the Promotion Period in his Trading Account Balance selected for this Promotion.
• The Bonus shall be given to the Client within one (1) business day.
• The Bonus cannot be withdrawn at any given moment during the Promotion period or after.
• The Bonus is strictly for trading purposes.
• The Bonus cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Transfers between Client Accounts shall not be considered as deposits for the Promotion.
• Only one Trading Account per Client shall be allowed to participate in the Promotion.
• Regardless of the total amount deposited during the Promotion Period in the eligible Trading Account, the maximum Bonus the Client can receive equals N3 Million
• Each Bonus can be received by each Client once only unless otherwise specified. In case of such an exception, the Bonuses cannot be added to several accounts simultaneously.
• All Bonuses are automatically removed if the Client is Inactive for 30 days.
• If during the Promotion Period, the Client’s trading activity results in a negative Trading Account Balance and the full Bonus amount has been used, the Company shall stop out all open positions of the Client.

Additional

• The Company reserves the right to disqualify the Client from the Promotion if any abusive or fraudulent behavior towards the Terms & Conditions is suspected, such as but not limited to arbitrage or hedging between multiple accounts.
• If the Client attempts to withdraw any of the total amount deposited during the Promotion Period in the eligible Trading Account, all pending Bonus will be removed from the Trading Account and be canceled.
• The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or prematurely conclude the promotions for any reason.
